- Psychodynamic Understanding – linking past experiences to present difficulties for deeper insight and healing.

Coaching
Coaching is for those ready to move forward — to find direction, set goals, and make meaningful changes.
I support clients to build confidence, overcome self-doubt, and grow personally or professionally, using a compassionate, strengths-based approach.
